Dr. Tamara Chambers is an Assistant Professor and the Associate Program Director in the USC Caruso Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and medical degree from the Drew/UCLA Medical Education Program. She primarily works with residents at Los Angeles County + University of Southern California Medical Center, where she previously completed her residency and serves as the Chief Medical Director of Otolaryngology, Speech & Audiology. She also serves in several administrative roles, including Associate Medical Director of Clinical Efficiency and Associate Director of Perioperative Services. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Microvascular, Head & Neck Surgery and Endocrine Surgery at Loma Linda University. Dr. Chambers has a particular interest in health care disparities, quality improvement measures, improving access to healthcare, and serving underserved populations.
