Dr. Warren is a proud product of Newark, NJ. She works at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and the level 1 trauma center University Hospital also in Newark, NJ. She is an Assistant Professor where she advises and lectures medical students, as well as trains residents to become certified specialist in emergency medicine. She is a dedicated community activist seen by the many awards for service including the Professional and Community Excellence Award, Shirley Chisholm Award for Health from the NJ Lieutenant Governor, yearly awards as the MVP ER Attending and for her compassionate patient care. Dr. Warren serves on the boards of the NJ State Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women and the Great Oaks Legacy Charter School (founder). She is an active member of the National Medical Association-NJ Chapter (Community Engagement Chair); The Links, Incorporated (President/Health Equity Ambassador Committee); Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and the phenomenal Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
