On May 25th from 3-4 PM EST, we will have a webinar to go over the principles of community organizing with a question and answer. Please register for the webinar on the CHOF home page.
Instructions: Applicants should apply as groups of 3 people. There is only 1 application per group. Groups may consist of 3 health professionals, or 2 health professionals and a community partner (from a non-profit/public health organization or environmental justice group, e.g.).
