Climate Health Organizing Fellows Application
Please complete your full application by September 20, 2024. All submissions of a full application will be reviewed regardless of whether the group submitted a Letter of Interest (LOI).
Instructions: Applicants should apply as groups of 3 people. There is only 1 application per group. Groups may consist of 3 health professionals, or 2 health professionals and a community partner (from a non-profit/public health organization or environmental justice group, e.g.). The program is offered tuition-free.

Full Application Instructions : All groups must submit a full application. Full applications will be considered regardless of if a group submitted an LOI. Please submit your LOI by August 9, 2024. This is a rolling deadline, and the earlier you submit your LOI, the earlier you can receive personalized feedback from our team.
